West Noble Winter Sports Awards Announced

The 2017-18 Winter Sports Award winners were announced Tuesday night at West Noble High School.  MVP, Sportsmanship, Scholar Athletes and All NECC performers were recognized in a large group before breaking into individual meetings.  Congratulations to all athletes!  The award winners are listed below:   Boys Varsity Basketball Most Valuable Player Trevor Franklin Sportsmanship Cade

West Noble Gymnastics Clinic Coming Up

Who: West Noble girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade When: Session A March 12,14,15  4:00-5:15 Session B March 12,14,15 5:30-6:45 Session C March 19, 21,22 4:00-5:15 Session D March 19, 21,22 5:30-6:45 Where: The gymnastics gym (door 10 at the high school) Cost: $20 per gymnast with a $5 discount for each additional family member.

Charger Gymnasts Fall To Warsaw

The young West Noble Charger gymnastic team continues to show improvements this season despite battling nagging injuries.  Kirstin Knox led the Chargers with a 5th place all around finish while finishing 5th in the Vault and Bars.  Knox also finished 4th in the Floor while teammate Kourtnie Jones finished 5th on the beam.  Josey Diehm

Who: West Noble girls in 5th grade When: Monday March 13th and Thursday March 16th from 5:30-7:00 Where: the gymnastics gym (old auto shop in back of high school) located at door 10 Cost: $20 per gymnast Taught by High school coaches Kim Baker and Stacey Lang and high school gymnasts. Charger Gymnasts Compete at Sectionals

The West Noble Chargers participated Saturday in the Lakeland gymnastics sectional.  The Chargers finished with a team score of 80.175 which was good enough for 10th place.  The Chargers were led by Kirstin Knox and Ella Leatherman’s vault scores of 8.0 and 7.95.  Jewel Allard and Josey Diehm also scored well with 7.55 and 7.45.
